President Mahinda Rajapaksa inaugurating the Tangalle, Beliatta Integrated Water Supply Scheme at Nalagama (Bottom) donated by UNICEF to support safe water schemes in tsunami-affected regions. Ministers Mahinda Amaraweera, Chamal Rajapaksa, A.L.M. Athaullah and UNICEF Sri Lanka Representative Philippe Duamel were also present.
